REFUND POLICY

Loc Legacies is unable to return the following items: 

  • Opened packs of Loc Extensions and / or any other extension hair 
  • Products that have been manipulated, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed and / or tampered with. 
  • Hair Styling Products and / or Shampoos, Oils
  • Digital downloads, pdfs, etc.
  • Online class or Training
  • All items on sale

Exchange:

We do not offer exchanges. We will allow a return (according to the return rules below) and you can purchase the new items of your preference.

Returns and Return Process: 

  • Returns must be requested & submitted within 7 days of delivery. 
  • All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee for ALL returns, regardless of the reason. 
  • Postage must be within 7 days of delivery or it won’t qualify for a return and the customer has to pay to ship it back to themselves. 
  • At your cost, ship your package with tracking to: UniVersal Dreads, PO Box 31367, Omaha, Ne 68131. Make sure to include your packing slip and all the contents of your order. 
  • Email hello@universaldreads.com with your order #, tracking #, and return reason, and pictures (if necessary).
  • Once the order has been received by the Loc Legacies team we will email to let you know we received it. 

Refund method: Once your return is approved and fully processed we will issue you a refund via your payment method used to purchase within 3-5 business days. 

Refunds can take 3-7 days depending on your bank.

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS PAID BY CUSTOMERS OR LOC LEGACIES.

Notice: Loc Legacies is not responsible for returns until they reach our Return / Exchange Center. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return / exchange packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Loc Legacies will not issue you an exchange or refund.
